The MAN eTGL: Ideal for temperature-controlled logistics
The all-electric MAN eTGL proves its strengths not only in regular distribution transport, but also in complex refrigerated logistics. It’s the perfect solution for zero-emissions food transport, delivering to places like inner-city restaurants. Its optimised wheelbase range ensures both high manoeuvrability and maximum load capacity.
Use the high-voltage industry-standard interface to connect the necessary cooling units directly and efficiently to the vehicle’s high-voltage network. The units can be mounted where you like – either conventionally at the front of the body or weight-optimised below the frame – to make the best possible use of the permissible total weight.

The battery: The heart of the MAN eTGL
The battery in the new MAN electric truck generation sets new standards. The MAN eTGL promises a competitive industry-standard daily range (up to 310 km[actual-range]) and an effective battery capacity of 160 kWh (two battery packs) for payloads. If you use your breaks wisely for top-up charging, you can increase the daily range further. With innovative fast chargers with a charging capacity of 250 kW, you can usually recharge the battery packs in just 35 minutes.
We produce our batteries in-house at the MAN site in Nuremberg, keeping the expertise for this key technology in our own hands. The MAN batteries are specially developed for commercial vehicles and meet the requirements of these vehicles in daily use. They offer high energy levels while staying lightweight and keeping costs down – without any compromises in terms of operational safety.
