Onboarding

Your first day at MAN is just as important to us as it is to you! That’s why we value a good onboarding process. Along with your new colleagues, we will offer you a warm welcome when you start, providing you with all the most important information you’ll need about our company, such as our strategy and our values. Get to know our latest models up close and personal, preparing you to help us shape MAN’s company story and drive transformation forward.

When you start work with us, we’ll be by your side from the very first day. Two months after your onboarding day, we will have our first feedback meeting to discuss your experiences. We will meet again four months later to reflect on your progress. At the end of your trial period, we will once again meet to discuss how to proceed. We look forward to having you as a long-term member of our team!
