Since you are so important to us as a customer and your holiday destination is perhaps as unique as you are, we also offer you a unique service: our MAN factory customer service.
Our engine experts are travelling worldwide for you and support you in analysing damage and troubleshooting your engines. With their international expertise, excellent networking in the International Engine Competence Centre and in-depth special training on marine engines, our colleagues are ideally qualified to master even major challenges on site in a solution-oriented manner.
As end customer, please first contact the MAN service partner or the MAN 24/7 Hotline . If necessary, they will contact the MAN factory customer service directly. Please have your engine number at hand. You will find it on every engine type plate, in your maintenance record, the registration papers or on the engine next to the last cylinder on the power output side.
