SIMPLE VEHICLE CONFIGURATION

With MAN PAL, body manufacturers can independently adapt important parameters and functional logics of the electronic body interfaces and control panels to the respective body. The parameters can now be transmitted not only by cable, but also wirelessly (‘over the air’). Furthermore, up to nine buttons can be assigned special functions.

It couldn’t be simpler: In coordination with subject matter experts, MAN Turnkey solutions offer well-conceived vehicle solutions for the construction sector, waste disposal as well as liquid and gas transport. Even the time slots for fitting the body are pre-scheduled with the body manufacturer to ensure that your MAN is ready for you as quickly as possible. All you have to do is pick the colour and the keys will be yours in an instant.

The MAN TGS is ready for a large variety of bodies to be fitted. Specific interfaces in the vehicle electrical system, free switch panels in the cockpit and the possibility to integrate external applications are just a few examples of its highly compatible structure. The combination tanks now make even better use of the installation space. A redesigned front underride protection and the pivoting entry step also contribute to this. Body manufacturers have always been able to rely on close cooperation and comprehensive documentation. You therefore benefit from high quality and low prices.

The standard equipment in the MAN Truck generation is comprehensive. But that is just the beginning. The cab, chassis, driveline, electrical system and the body are your choice. Depending on the interior width, the works tipper is able to transport bulk materials, general cargo on Euro pallets in two rows or even light construction containers. Its uniform operating concept, ergonomically designed components and simplified cargo lashing make operation and handling even more efficient.
