With the MAN uptime guarantee we are always there for you and ensure a continued journey. This is an excellent prerequisite for a good feeling en route. To achieve this, we offer the following comprehensive services:

No matter where you happen to be on the road – thanks to our close-knit service network, the nearest MAN service outlet is almost always within your reach. Furthermore, MAN Mobile24 offers you on-call support in the event of a breakdown. Available around the clock, 365 days a year. Just call the MAN Mobile24 number, which is the same throughout Europe, and our experts will organise everything else for you: rapid assistance or repair on site, transport to the nearest MAN service outlet and further repair.
For quick repairs, the short-term availability of all required spare parts is crucial. That is exactly why we go the extra mile. We only use MAN Genuine Parts, which are covered by a 2-year warranty. Efficient parts management ensures that 80 % of all relevant spare parts are consistently available in our workshops. We provide special parts within one week.
With the MAN uptime guarantee you are also fully financially covered in the event of damage. In case of a technical breakdown, we organise and cover the costs of breakdown assistance directly on site. This also includes towing to the nearest MAN service outlet if on-site repair is not possible. Of course, you will receive a replacement vehicle if the repair cannot be carried out on the very day of the breakdown. In the unlikely event that no equivalent replacement vehicle is available, you will receive a downtime compensation.
With MAN’s free service MAN ServiceCare S, you and your MAN service outlet can keep track of the status of your MAN truck at all times. As soon as one of your MAN vehicles requires maintenance, your MAN service outlet contacts you proactively and coordinates the upcoming workshop visit with you.
With MAN ServiceCare S, you can view upcoming appointments, any components requiring maintenance and damage reports at any time on the RIO platform. Thanks to forward planning, appointments can be intelligently bundled and service needs easily combined. You thus benefit from maximum uptime, save time and administrative effort.
