Drive for sweepers: MAN TipMatic SWEEPER

Combining fully hydraulically driven sweepers and the MAN TipMatic semi-automatic manual gearbox protects both engine and gearbox: The MAN TipMatic SWEEPER gearshift program adapts gearshift points and engine speed to the driving and cleaning mode of the sweeper. This means that fuel consumption is reduced. MAN TipMatic SWEEPER can also be used for vehicles with hydrostatic drive.

Clever gearshift strategy for refuse collectors: MAN TipMatic COLLECT

The MAN TipMatic COLLECT gearshift program was developed especially for refuse collector vehicles. The gearshift behaviour of the automated gearbox is adapted to the driving cycle of the refuse collector: frequent moving off, short-term braking. The shortened shifting time reduces the duration of the daily tour and saves fuel. The gearshift strategy is suitable for use with both rear loaders and side loaders.
